I oversaw the initial concept and trend research before tackling rounds of designs and creature concepts. For 2022, I leaned into a more colorful palette to tie into the glow-in-the-dark specialty materials that were used. I lead the product development and communicating revisions with our vendors. Before finalizing each product, we reviewed any quality control issues with each item.
